BLING: Ronaldo rocks R17M items

Cristiano Ronaldo turned heads when he showed up at the Portugal camp wearing jewellery worth a staggering amount of $920 000 (R17 million).

The Portugal captain joined his national side for their upcoming UEFA EURO Qualifiers against Slovakia and Luxembourg boasting a limited edition Jacob Co watch.

The watch alone retails at around a whopping $920 000 (R17 million), according to Insane Luxury Life, and is sure to increase the value of any of Ronaldo's outfits as soon as he puts it on. 

Jacob Co described the watch as a "luxurious, priceless timepiece" and added that it embodies the "company's drive to stop at nothing in its quest to create masterpieces of incomparable beauty". 

Along with its outstanding movement features, the watch also features material that consists of polished 18k white gold invisibly set with 232 baguette blue sapphires and a crown set with 16 baguette and one rose cut blue sapphires. 

Ronaldo is certainly no stranger to lavish possessions. The 38-year-old has previously been spotted with a Hublot Big Bang 'Rainbow' Tourbillon in sapphire which retails at around $418 500 (R8 million). 

The former Real Madrid star is also said to have a car collection that is valued at over $20 million (R384 million).
