"In my opinion, Chiefs need a motivator and a coach who is strict. A coach who doesn't protect nonsense. I feel sorry for Zwane and the club because players are not cheap, so if they come free then the treatment and discipline will also be less.
"In a big business we need commitment and results. If you rely on freebies. the buy-one-get-one-free then what do you expect? So for Zwane he must just accept he is still new in coaching and he will learn the hard way, unlike RURU (Rulani) who traveled a lot with the youth and senior teams," says lombosngoape.

Farouk Khan, who is one of the judges on the panel for the DStv Premiership Coach of the Season Award, has revealed his candidates so far.
The Stars of Africa Academy director and former assistant coach at both Chiefs and Sundowns mentioned Rulani Mokwena, Gavin Hunt as well as Vasili Manousakis and Pitso Dladla as his ideal candidates.
Khan also revealed his criteria in the "Khan chooses his three Coach of the Season candidates" story, where he states that the team's style of play and consistency forms part of it.
