Ramos has spent 16 years with the Madrid outfit but will now look for a new challenge as his contract is set to expire at the end of this month.
The club have confirmed the 35-year-old will have his farewell on Thursday before he adresses the media.
The Spaniard made 671 appearances for Los Blancos in 16 years and helped the club win five LaLiga titles and four UEFA Champions League titles.
