While Kaizer Chiefs’ protracted hunt for a coach to take over next season continues, two of the coaches that they engaged this season have moved towards silverware in their respective jobs.

This was after Amakhosi decided not to continue with Arthur Zwane at the helm.
The talks reached a dead end after Nabi insisted on having his own staff in Cedric Kaze as assistant, conditioning coach Helmy Gueldich, and analyst Khalil Ben Youssef, who he worked with at Yanga.
Nabi was then snapped up by ASFAR (FAR Rabat) with the task of retaining of the Moroccan league title, which he is now on his way to doing, enjoying a four-point lead at the top with six games to play.
FAR Rabat still have interests in the Throne Cup.
Out in Brazil, Alexandre Gallo’s club Santos is now just one game away from lifting the 2024 Campeonato Paulista.
Santos won the first leg 1-0 on Sunday in front of their home fans, who included former player Neymar, who brought the trophy to the field.
The famous Brazilian club will play the second leg at Palmeiras next Sunday hoping to come out aggregate winners despite the agony of their relegation from the Brazilian Serie A for the first time last year.
Gallo is working as the technical manager at Santos, where Fabio Carille is the head coach.
Chiefs held talks with Gallo after the sacking of Molefi Ntseki but couldn’t reach an agreement to bring him to Naturena.
