The Premier Soccer League have confirmed the fixtures for the Nedbank Cup last 32.
Orlando Pirates enter this year's competition as defending champions after defeating Sekhukhune United 2-1 last season.
The competition will be made up of 16 teams from the DStv Premiership, eight teams from the Motsepe Foundation Championship and eight more teams from the SAFA divisions.
The Buccaneers will begin their defence against a SAFA team from Mpumalanga, who is yet to be confirmed.
Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs both lock horns against second tier sides in NB La Masia and Milford FC respectively.
