Pitso Mosimane greedy for more Mamelodi Sundowns goals against Cote d'Or in CAF Champions League

Despite a healthy 5-0 lead against Cote d'Or, coach Pitso Mosimane explains why he wants Mamelodi Sundowns to bang in even more goals in the CAF Champions League tonight.

Sundowns are one step away from qualifying for the group stages again after beating the Seychelles side 5-0 away from home in the first leg a few weeks ago.

The Brazilians beat Maritzburg United 2-1 in a league match at home last weekend and Mosimane has hinted that he might bring the same team to Lucas Moripe Stadium.

"I need goals. I need the team to score goals. I need the confidence" said Mosimane.

"Look at the game against Maritzburg United, we were not the team that we are always known for. We need goals. I need my principles where I always tell them how we do things.

"The team [Cote d'Or] is not strong, their resilience is not big so we must score goals and probably I will play the same team."

Mosimane might be tempted to bring in midfielders Oupa Manyisa and Andile Jali from his 18-man squad to give them a runout.
