Sundowns qualified for the first round of the Champions League after they beat Congolese side AS Otoho 5-2 on aggregate in the preliminary stages.
The Brazilians will play Cote d'Or in Victoria on Saturday and will return on Sunday, to prepare for their MTN8 second leg semi-final clash against Tshwane rivals SuperSport United on Wednesday. They will then take on Maritzburg United in the Absa Premiership in Tshwane on September 18.
With the busy schedule, Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane is likely to make changes. Hlompho Kekana (suspended) and Sammy Seabi (not registered) are not available for this weekend's Champions League tie, so they will be fresh for the domestic matches next week.

Their absence will give an opportunity to the likes of Andile Jali and Tiyani Mabunda to play against Cote d'Or.
"Probably we will change the team in Seychelles and everybody must get an opportunity to play and show us we can win. If it backfires we will sort it here [at home]," said Mosimane.
"We also have the MTN8, three tournaments in seven days. It's not child's play. It has got a different mood and mentality," he added.
