Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly ready to test Manchester United with a huge bid for one of their star players.

With Kylian Mbappe seemingly set to leave the Ligue 1 giants at the end of the season to join Real Madrid, the club are said to have identified potential replacements for their talisman, with Marcus Rashford believed to be included on the shortlist.

As such, the Parisians are preparing to table a bid of £75 million (R1.8 billion) in hopes of landing the services of the England international, according to the Mirror

This comes after the French giants had previously shown interest in signing the 26-year-old in 2022, and were believed to have offered him a lucrative contract. The attacker, however, decided to stay at United.

He would go on to have the best season of his career thus far, netting 30 times in 56 appearances for the Red Devils. Rashford then signed a new deal that would keep him at the club until 2028.

The forward has struggled to replicate that form this season, with just seven goals in 34 appearances, and has also been involved in some off-field controversies.

PSG, meanwhile, are said to be looking at taking advantage of his current situation with the club, and are reportedly convinced that they can lure the player to the Parc des Princes.

Although, the Manchester side are believed to value the Englishman somewhere closer to the region of £100 million (R2.3 billion) due to Financial Fair Play regulations hindering their ability to spend freely in the transfer market.
