Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Themba Zwane will get on to yet another landmark achievement straight after sending reminders about his abilities on Bafana Bafana duty on Tuesday night.
Zwane – who turns 35 in four months – carried the load on his shoulders for Bafana Bafana with a brace against Algeria in the 3-3 international friendly draw.

It was a vintage showing from ‘Mshishi’ e who has now earned more than half of his 33 Bafana caps past his 33rd birthday.
From the last 22 Bafana games, the lad from Tembisa has played 17.
As he switches back to club duty, Zwane has yet another massive achievement to add up his sleeves when Sundowns visit Young Africans for a CAF Champions League quarterfinal first leg tie.
This will be appearance number 400 in a Sundowns shirt if he takes to the field at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
Incredible for a man who had to wait nine months to make his debut at Sundowns in 2011 after arriving from lower league club Vardos.
From there, Zwane also spent a season away on loan at Mpumalanga Black Aces where he had the late Clive Barker dancing in praise about his abilities.
Since his return, he has now played for 10 consecutive seasons at Sundowns.
Zwane has won silverware in every season at Sundowns since he came back from Aces with his first having been the 2014/15 Nedbank Cup while his most recent having been the African Football League.
