RIP: Chiefs defender passes away

Kaizer Chiefs defender Luke Fleurs has tragically passed away on Wednesday evening.

According to local reports, the 24-year-old lost his life after was a victim of a hijacking.

Soccer Laduma have reported that the Fleurs was allegedly shot and killed during the ordeal in Johannesburg on Wednesday evening.

The 24-year-old joined the Soweto giants in October on a free transfer after impressing during a trial period.

Fleurs also spent time at SuperSport United, where he made his professional debut in the Premiership.
