Head coach Cavin Johnson revealed that arguments ensued in the Kaizer Chiefs dressing after a shock defeat to Richards Bay FC on Sunday as Amakhosi's top four ambitions slip away further.
Amakhosi’s top four ambitions suffered a major dent as they lost 1-0 to The Natal Rich Boyz at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Sunday.

Although Chiefs dominated possession and landed as many as seven shots on target, a headed goal from captain Simphiwe Mcineka ultimately secured the three points for Vusumuzi Vilakazi’s troops.
The loss was a third consecutive defeat for Amakhosi in a period that's turning out to be a source of great frustration for the club's supporters, who watched their side slip down to an embarrassing 10th position.
That frustration though is not limited to the supporters, as Johnson revealed in his post-match press conference that the players themselves were also left fuming by their display at the King Zwelithini Stadium.
"Again, one of those games the opposition has one chance at goal and you have 85% ball possession and we are not able to win the game," Johnson said.
"So, yes, we are very angry with ourselves, but at the same time, I thought we should have won the game in the first half.
"The second half was a little bit different, but in the first half we had a lot of possession, we got in the box quite a few times and we should have put the combinations or the calmness and scored the goals, but not to be today.
"I can tell you that my players are in the dressing room and they are actually arguing with each other because these are things that we know we should do better but not to be today."
"I think as we talk now it looks like Richards Bay won the league, so good luck to them. We have to go back and we have to start again, even though we've only got six games left now. The tide has to turn for Kaizer Chiefs somewhere. We have to get better in front of goal."
Chiefs will have their next chance to climb up the table when they take on SuperSport United at FNB Stadium on Saturday.
