Ranga Chivaviro has question marks all over his face for what he has done at Kaizer Chiefs so far this season.

Kaizer Chiefs striker Ranga Chivaviro will become the latest of a group of players facing questions about what they have delivered at the club this season.

Chivaviro arrived at the beginning of the season with so expectations of that he will deliver goals just like he did at Marumo Gallants last season when he netted 17.

‘The prolific striker expected to improve the conversion rate of chances into goals, which AmaKhosi seemed to struggle with last season,” read the Chiefs statement upon the official confirmation of his arrival at Naturena.

Instead of converting chances, celebrating goals, and providing solutions, Chivaviro has endured the frustration of becoming part of the problems at Chiefs.

The 31-year-old might feel his case is pending considering that there are still seven games to play and has another year on his contract but two goals in 18 appearances is not encouraging.

Chivaviro has been handed the minutes to prove his worth but has only delivered a goal with every 400 minutes that he plays.

The journeyman striker - who has spent the bulk of his career in the first division - is without a goal in his first eight games and has now not scored in another five games this year.

It will be no surprise that Chivaviro will be amongst those called in to the office to explain what they have brought to the club this season considering that Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana was offloaded after scoring eight goals in his first season.

Chivaviro has a two-year deal with an option of a third at Chiefs.
