Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Teko Modise were described as looking "ever-so-fresh" while they had been standing pitch-side at a Premiership fixture.

The pair inadvertently stole the spotlight when they attended the quarterfinal bout between AmaZulu and Golden Arrows at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday 4 November.

Although Sede Junior Dion scored a hat-trick to help his side progress to the next stage of the tournament, the pair were the ones who stole the show with their sophisticated, discerning choice of clothing.

Alongside broadcaster Lerato Phago, who was representing the Proteas as they try to emulate the Springboks' World Cup successes, the pair showed off a sense of style that even the world's best fashionistas would be envious of!

Mphahlele chose to keep it simple, yet still very classy, by opting for a plain white t-shirt, a cream pair of chinos that was wittingly matched by a cap of the same colour. He then completed the fit with a pair of, what appears to be, Nike Air Jordan 1 High “Black toe”.

The shoe, according to Farfetch, can cost a wallet-busting price of $950 (R17 750).

Modise, meanwhile, has been making quite the splash in the business industry since his retirement from football in 2019. The former midfielder is the founder of a talent management agency called The Prestigious Group.

He is proving himself to be a shrewd businessman and certainly dresses for the part! At the quarterfinal encounter, he decided to do what he always does: wear a suit that makes everyone turn their heads in awe.
