Dipuo Maloi, a mother of two children to two PSL footballers, has labelled herself as a "legend" when it comes to dating professional soccer players. Here's a look!

The story

Maloi is one of the stars on Showmax’s reality series Sports Wives, a show that takes an all-access look at the wives, girlfriends, and exes of South Africa's sports stars. The reality television star has two baby fathers, namely former Moroka Swallows teammates.

Maloi recently appeared on the Own Narrative Podcast, where she revealed that both fathers were active in their children's lives, especially financially.

She also opened up about the challenges of dating footballers, candidly revealing that she's also dated other footballers apart from alleged relationships with Jali and Phalane.

On Sports Wives, Maloi is often referred to as "Mrs PSL", and she expressed that she was not really happy with that term.

"'Mrs PSL' or not but you need to understand that at some point in my life soccer players were my type. So you cannot judge me. I was young and naive, so you need to stop with this 'Mrs PSL'.

"I have dated a couple of soccer players but I have never dated a married or engaged one, hence people know that I have dated them."

She also explained why she did not want to make any new friends from Sports Wives.

"I went on the showing not wanting to make friendships because I felt all these ladies are new in this industry. I have been dating soccer players," she told the podcast.

"Even for my matric dance, I went with a soccer player and that was in 2003. How many years ago was that?

She added: "You can't even come at me for dating soccer players because I've been dating since some of these ladies were in primary school.

"They are not my peers, I was not even planning on making friendships.

"I am a legend in this feel, thank you."
