While most DStv Premiership players are resting in their off-season, a few stars have decided to use this time to enhance their physical shape including Lehlohonolo Majoro and Itumeleng Khune. Check it out!

What Happened?

The end of the season is often a time where players let their bodies go and stray away from their diets but there are a few stars who use this time to elevate their game.

No time to rest

Majoro and Khune built a tight-knit friendship during their time together at Kaizer Chiefs and the relationship has continued even after the striker left the club. This is nothing new for the veteran pair who have always displayed a competitive work ethic which has allowed them to play the highest level at the age of 34 and 35 respectively.

Meanwhile, AmaZulu recently released Luvuyo Memela along with 14 other players but this has not deterred the star in any fashion as he appears to be busier than ever in gym using the leg machines and treadmill.

The star appears to be keeping himself in shape amid links to SuperSport United in recent reports from local media.

Mamelodi Sundowns shot-stopper Reyaad Pieterse appeared to be using a home gym to practice his cardio as he aims to stay in sharp shape ahead of the pre-season with the help of his conditioning coach ‘Jordi Sanders shred movement’ as he is named on Instagram.

Did you know?

Memela had his breakout season under in the 2014/15 season when he almost led Cape Town Stars to promotion to the DStv Premiership.
