Moon tells KickOff.com that he is set to jet out of the country on March 31 to Panathinaikos, the club of Bafana defender Nasief Morris.
“All that I have been told is that I will spend one week there and I’m hoping that I can spend that time well and land a contract,” Moon adds.
If he makes it in Greece, it will be the second time that the Pietermaritzburg-born player will be playing in Europe.
Moon spent a season in Northern Ireland with Corelaine FC.
It has been a good season for Moon, whose club Ajax currently top the Absa Premiership log. His appearances in Bafana Bafana have been impressive as well.
