The Black Stars will travel to the mountain kingdom for their opening game in the qualifier in the first weekend of September 3-5.
Milovan Rajevac's charges will make their home debut in the tournament on October 10 with Sudan who Ghana beat twice enroute to World Cup qualification the visitors that weekend.
Those will be the only two games the Black Stars play this year in the qualifiers before they take a six month break and return in the final weekend of March 2011 with a trip away to Brazzaville to face Congo on the cards.
Ghana will then play two home games on the bounce against Congo and Swaziland in June and September 2011 respectively before rounding up the qualifiers with an away fixture against Sudan in October.
