Kaizer Chiefs winger Kgaogelo Sekgota has set his sights on getting his first goal for Amakhosi as the side prepares to take on TS Galaxy on Saturday.

Sekgota has been one of Arthur Zwane’ most relied-on players this season, missing just one of the Glamour Boys’ 21 games across all competitions so far.

Although he's provided two assists this season, a source of frustration for both Sekgota and the Amakhosi faithful has been the absence of a goal from the speedy winger since his arrival at the start of last season.

"Contributing a goal for the club is something else that any player would want to have and not being able to get that is obviously saddening," Sekgota said on his chase for a goal.

"As a player you have to take it and move on, work hard and be better and get goals for the club."

Sekgota  could have his next chance to get his name on the score sheet for the first time in Amakhosi colours when his side meets TS Galaxy on Saturday.

Chiefs go into the fixture in need of points, having won two of their last five fixtures and will meet a Rockets’ side just as desperate, with only one win from their last five games.
