Kaizer Chiefs interim coach Cavin Johnson insists that his side must control games better.

Kaizer Chiefs returned to winning ways against Moroka Swallows and there is now growing confidence that the club could build from the result under the guidance of interim boss Cavin Johnson. Here's a look at KickOff readers had to say!

What's the story?

Amakhosi claimed a 1-0 winner over the Dube Birds on Sunday at Dobsonville Stadium in Soweto. It was only the club's sixth win in 13 matches this season and the result now sees them occupy sixth position on the table, eight points behind log-leaders Cape Town City. It was also Chiefs' first win away from home since their game against Stellenbosch FC in August.

Although Johnson was pleased with the result but urged his side to control the game a lot better after having 53% ball possession and taking more shots at goal (14).

Reacting to the article Johnson urges Chiefs to take control of games, KO readers on Facebook shared their thoughts on the coach's comments.

"There's something to watch now, you are a good coach I can tell. I doubted you. There's direction," says Ke Ketso.

Phanuel Mhayise says: "To the current Kaizer Chiefs players: 'When you feel like giving up, remember why you started.' You chose to play for one of the most iconic and storied clubs in South Africa. The pressure is high, but that's because the fans and management care so deeply about the club's success. This is an opportunity to show your mental strength, resilience, and determination. If you can overcome this difficult time, you'll be stronger and more successful in the future. So don't give up, rise to the challenge, and fight for glory. The Kaizer Chiefs spirit is within you."

"Final third players are selfish. We could have scored 4-5 goals. Frosler needs to improve crossing," Shakes Arms Mametsa.

"Can Ditlhokwe miss next match again I still wanna see something," says Sthulile Mntukabani Msuthu.

"The coach gives Mashiane chance and he is promising," says Prince Siwadawada.

"I agree with the coach, and the only way to do that is to keep the possession by rotating the ball," says Molefi Mofokeng.

"He must also learn them how to score as his team misses lot of clear chances," says Tebele Letseka

"Let us not get too excited Makhosi, Swallows was dead honestly more especial in the 1st half," says Dumisani Mngxongo Molo.
