What Happened?
The talented footballer was stabbed in a frenzied knife attack on January 29 and died when he returned to hospital.
Since news of the Stellenbosch academy graduate, messages of consolation and commiseration have emerged from managers, clubs and supporters.
The Danie Craven side faced Swallows FC and won 3-0 on Sunday and warmed up in a white shirt with Oshwin Andries face as the club paid tribute to their young talent who lost his life.
Meanwhile, the fans pulled up in numbers to Athlone Stadium to join the heartwarming occasion.

At the end of the match, the club showed a framed jersey for the late 19-year-old.
Everyone took a turn to take a picture with the jersey as a sad occasion was turned into a happy one.
