Former Bloemfontein Celtic goalkeeper Patrick Tignyemb has taken up a new position as goalkeeper coach a year after being awarded approximately R3 million.
Tignyemb laid a complaint with soccer body FIFA against former employers Bloemfontein Celtic citing unfair dismissal after spending over a decade at the club while amassing the most appearances in the history of the club.
Last year he was paid his dues having already escaped from South Africa due to safety reasons.
He is now working for second tier league club Tonnerre KC Yaounde.

"I have gone back to my former team where I'm now working as the goalkeeper coach," Tignyemb tells KickOff from Cameroon.
"The team needed my assistance so I have had to come on board and use all the experience that I have gained through the years.
"So, we will be starting out the new season in the second division.
"I spent a few years here before I left the club, so this club is like a home for me just like what used to be the case with Celtic.
"I have been brought here as a goalkeeper coach who also doubles as a player but to be honest, I don't have any intentions of playing anymore even though I can still play.
"My plan is to focus on training the goalkeepers that we have here instead of wanting to play.
"There are people who still want me to play but I'm not interested at all because I will rather be guiding the younger ones instead of fighting them," says Tignyemb. Adding that the demise of Celtic still hurts him.
"It is painful for the people of Bloemfontein because I know about how much I loved this team.
"All that I was saying all along about Max Tshabalala has now come to happen," he says.
