The Portuguese and the Argentine are among the Champions League's most clinical attackers ever, with the pair having a combined tally of more than 250 goals in the competition.

Ronaldo is also one of the famous tournament's most decorated players with five titles to his name, while Messi is in touching distance of that feat with four of his own.
The top 10 scorers in the competition's history is dominated by players who are still active, with Real Madrid's Karim Benzema and Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski among them.
The France international is currently in fifth place with 71 goals for Olympique Lyon and Real Madrid, while the Poland star is just a couple of strikes ahead of him.
Meanwhile, it is Sweden legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic who has represented the most sides among the tournament's 10 leading scorers, having played for Ajax Amsterdam, Juventus, Inter Milan, FC Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United, and AC Milan in the competition.
