At least six players could leave Chelsea in the coming days after they were not given shirt numbers ahead of the start of the Premier League season.
With the Blues reportedly close to signing Brighton & Hove Albion star Marc Cucurella, the door is seemingly wide open for a number of exits as well.
The likes of Timo Werner, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Hakim Ziyech, and Marcos Alonso have all been linked with an exit from Stamford Bridge, but perhaps fortunately, there is no indication they are not in manager Thomas Tuchel's plans as they have been given shirt numbers ahead of 2022/23 campaign.
However, some were not as lucky as five Blues squad members have not been given a number, while another, highly rated 19-year-old Levi Colwill, has also not received one due to his reportedly imminent switch to Brighton.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Colwill has been included as part of the deal to bring Cucurella to Stamford Bridge.
It is believed the defender will join the Seagulls on a season-long loan, while the Spanish left-back is expected to arrive in London in a long-term deal.
It is further claimed that Ross Barkley and Michy Batshuayi have not been given shirt numbers for the season, with the duo likely to depart. Reports in England have indicated that Everton are keen on their services.
Ethan Ampadu, Kenedy and Billy Gilmour have also been snubbed for jersey numbers, casting doubt over their futures at the club, although the Welshman and the Brazilian did feature regularly for Tuchel's side during pre-season.
