It appears that a chilling death threat aimed at Kylian Mbappe has been left on a mural of the France international in Paris.
With his Paris Saint-Germain future unclear at the moment, one of his murals in Bondy, the suburb he grew up in, has been marred with a death threat and French outlet Le Parisien has suggested that it could be linked to his possible exit at the end of the season.
The 2018 FIFA World Cup winner’s future was subject to massive speculation leading up to the January transfer window, but Mbappe put those rumours to bed when he declared that he was not going to leave the Ligue 1 giants during this window.

This, however, has not satisfied supporters as he has not ruled out leaving the club when his contract expires in June 2022.
According to Le Parisien, the message written on Mbappe’s artwork states: "Mbappe, you're dead."
It is understood that the mural was painted in partnership with Nike when Mbappe turned 21. As of today, Mbappe’s face on the mural has been vandalised with this vile comment.
It is said that other insults had previously been drawn on the mural, which were aimed at local politicians.
