'Mbappe's move to Real is done'

World News

A Real Madrid legend has revealed that he was reliably informed that Kylian Mbappe's move to Los Blancos is "done".

Mbappe's potential move to Real has arguably been the most discussed transfer in recent times, despite no official agreement in place.

As it stands, the Frenchman has only spoken about his dream to play for the Spanish outfit, a sentiment that has been publically reciprocated by the club, but that's about where it ends.

Carlo Ancelotti's side are understood to have made two big bids for the 23-year-old in January but both offers were rebuffed, as Paris Saint-Germain were confident in convincing the player to sign a contract extension.

However, three months remain before Mbappe becomes a free agent and former player Predrag Mijatovic believes that his move is over the line already, according to Foot Mercato.

"According to the information I have, they assure me that everything is fine and that Mbappé will play here," Mijatovic told El Larguero.

"I believe that these are reliable sources, even if we all know that in football, nothing is ever 100% certain.

"But I believe that these sources have very good information. And I hope to see him here. According to the information I have been given, everything is closed."
