FC Barcelona have reportedly been offered the biggest sponsorship deal in the history of football.
Barca have been blighted with financial troubles in recent times, with president Joan Laporta revealing the club had debt amounting to $1.6 billion (R24 billion) back in August 2021.
The Catalans have seemingly not managed to recover as yet as they continue to feel the impact of their fiscal woes, which has resulted in the club struggling to sign and register new players without offloading or reducing the salaries of their existing stars.

However, the Blaugrana could soon be able to alleviate some of their financial struggles, with the club said to have multiple new sponsorship offers on the table.
Among these offers is one from VeganNation, a US enterprise that is proposing a record deal that would be the biggest ever in the history of football, per Spanish outlet ARA.
It is said that the company would take over from current shirt sponsors Rakuten and Beko, whose contracts with the Blaugrana are set to expire within the next six months.
The US-based firm reportedly wants to become the club's main sponsor for the next few years, and want their branding to be in front of the shirt and on the sleeve, and on the team's training gear in a deal that will dwarf the sum of what Rakuten and Beko are paying currently.
Other companies who believed to have put sponsorship offers on the table include streaming service Spotify and cryptocurrency firm Polkadot, who are said to be in advanced negotiations with the LaLiga giants.
