Lasse Schone, Nicolas Tagliafico and Dusan Tadic scored the goals for Erik Ten Hag's side.
It caps off an impressive season for a side with an average age of just 21, after they won the KNVB Cup as well as making it to the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League.
What will now be Ten Hag's focus is to try and keep the bulk of the squad together, with star midfielder Frenkie de Jong having already agreed to join FC Barcelona and a host of other first-team regulars linked with top European clubs.
