Bayern Munich 2-0 Lokomotiv Moscow

Bayern Munich finished seven points clear at the top of Group A after beating Lokomotiv Moscow 2-0 at the Allianz Arena.

Niklas Sule broke the deadlock for the Bavarians in the 63rd minute and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting secured the three points with the second goal in the last ten minutes.

Manchester City 3-0 Olympique Marseille

Manchester City ended their Group C campaign three points clear and unbeaten at the top after thrashing Olympique Marseille 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium.

City could not find the back of the net in the first stanza but Ferran Torres eventually broke the deadlock three minutes from the break while Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling netted two late goals to seal an emphatic victory.

Inter Milan 0-0 Shakhtar Donetsk

Inter Milan missed out on both the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League after they were held to a a goalless draw by Shakhtar Donetsk in the last match of Group B at the San Siro Stadium.

Inter needed victory to clinch a place in the last 16 of the Champions League but a draw condemned them to a bottom-place finish while Shakhtar had to settle for a place in the Europa League after finishing third.

RB Salzburg 0-2 Atletico Madrid

Atletico Madrid advanced to the last 16 as runners-up after beating RB Salzburg 2-0 in the last match of Group A at Red Bull Arena.

Mario Hermoso broke the deadlock for Atletico six minutes before the break and Yannick Carrasco sealed the three points for the visitors with the second goal in the last four minutes.

Olympiakos Piraeus 0-2 FC Porto

FC Porto finished three points behind leaders Manchester City in second place in Group C after beating ten-man Olympiakos Piraeus 2-0 at Karaiskakis Stadium.

Otavio got the opener for Porto in the tenth minute while Mateus Uribe doubled their lead in the last 13 minutes.

Olympiakos were reduced to ten men two minutes later after Ruben Semedo was sent off but the Greek side had the consolation of grabbing a UEFA Europa League spot after finishing third despite the defeat.
