Galatasaray 1-1 Club Brugge

Both Galatasary and Club Brugge have failed to qualify for the round of 16 in the UEFA Champions League following a 1-1 draw on Tuesday evening.

The host took the lead after just 11 minutes through Adem Buyuk's first goal of the campaign for the Turkish giants.

With Percy Tau benched, it was left to Senegal striker Krepin Diatta to fire home a superb equaliser in second-half stoppage time.

In the aftermath of the goal, Diatta receieved a second yellow card for taking off his shirt in the celebration while teammate Clinton Mata also recieved his marching orders for breaking the corner flag.

As things stand, Brugge currently occupy third spot in the group ahead of their final Group A game against Real Madrid.

Lokomotiv Moscow 0-2 Bayer Leverkusen

Bayer Leverkusen kept their slims hopes of qualifying alive with a 2-0 victory away to Lokomotiv Moscow.

An own goal from Rifat Zhemaletdinov put the Bundesliga outfit in front after 11 minutes, before Sven Bender sealed the win with his first goal of the campaign on 54 minutes.

The win sees Leverkusen sit in third spot, two points behind second place Atletico Madrid in Group D.
