AS Roma 2-1 Fiorentina
AS Roma moved four points ahead of AC Milan in the battle for the UEFA Europa League spot after beating Fiorentina 2-1 at Stadio Olimpico.
Jordan Veretout broke the deadlock for Roma on the stroke of half-time from the penalty spot while Nikola Milenkovic equalised for Fiorentina nine minutes from the break.
Veretout snatched the winner for the hosts in the last three minutes with another penalty, completing his brace in the process.
Hellas Verona 1-5 Lazio
Lazio won back-to-back games after thumping Hellas Verona 5-1 courtesy of a hat-trick by Ciro Immobile at Stadio Marc'Antonio Bentegodi.
Sofyan Amrabat broke the deadlock for Verona but Lazio came from behind to net five goals, with Immobile getting a hat-trick while Sergej Milonkovic-Savic and Joaquin Correa were also among the goals.
Bologna 3-2 Lecce
Lecce's chances of survival diminished after they lost 3-2 to Bologna at Stadio Renato Dall'Ara.
Rodrigo Palacio and Roberto Soriano scored two quick goals for Bologna in the first five minutes while Marco Mancosu pulled a goal back in first-half stoppage time and Filippo Falco levelled matters for Lecce in the 66th minute.
Musa Barrow had the final say though, as he netted the winner for the hosts deep in stoppage time.
Cagliari 0-1 Udinese
Udinese ended a three-game winless with a narrow 1-0 win over Cagliari at Sardegna Arena.
Stefano Okaka got the only goal of the game for Udinese in only the third minute and that was enough to snatch all the three points.
SPAL 1-1 Torino
Torino officially survived relegation despite a 1-1 draw against relegated SPAL Stadio Paolo Mazza.
The first stanza did not produce any goals, as Simone Verdi broke the deadlock for Torino just before the hour-mark but they were denied the three points as Marco D'Alessandro grabbed the equaliser for the hosts in the last ten minutes.
However, a point for Torino moved them seven points clear of the relegation zone, with only two rounds of matches remaining.
