CR7 nets again in Juve's shock loss

Hellas Verona 1-2 Juventus

Juventus missed the chance to move six points clear at the of the Serie A standings after falling to a 2-1 loss at the hands of Hellas Verona.

After a scoreless first, Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring in the 65th minute to make 10 straight league games with a goal.

Former Liverpool striker Fabio Borini pulled Verona level in the 76th minute with a neat finish, before veteran forward Giampaolo netted the winner for the hosts from the penalty spot 10 minutes later.

Torino 1-3 Sampdoria

Sampdoria got back to winning ways with a 3-1 triumph away to Torino on Saturday night night.

Gaston Ramirez bagged a brace to go along with with Fabio Quagliarella's penalty for the visitors, after Simone Verdi had given Torino a 55th-minute lead.

Fiorentina 1-2 Atalanta

Atalanta rallied from behind to defeat Fiorentina 2-1 at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

Federico Chiesa put the home side ahead with his fourth goal of the season after 32 minutes.

However, the visitors hit back through Duvan Zapata in the 49th minute before Ruslan Malinovskiy got the winning goal in the 72nd minute.
