Former Bafana Bafana defender Ricardo Nunes has earned a short-term extension on his contract with Pogon Szczecin.
Nunes' contract with the Polish outfit was originally set to expire on 30 June 2020, but has now been extended until the end of the month in order for him to complete the 2019/20 campaign with the club.
"Ricardo Nunes' contract has been extended up to end of the July," Pogon spokesperson Krzysztof Ufland confirmed to KickOff.com.

The 34-year-old has made 13 league appearances for Pogon this season and scored his first goal of the campaign – and his first since 2018 – during his side's 2-1 Ekstraklasa defeat to Cracovia on Monday night.
Nunes has been at the club since 2014, when he joined from Bulgarian side Levski Sofia, and last month became only the sixth player to reach 150 appearances for the club.
