Zimbabwe captain Knowledge Musona has landed a new club after spending the first half of the 2019/20 season in exile at Belgian giants Anderlecht.
Musona, 29, was strongly linked with a return to South Africa this month, with Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane expressing interest in his services.
However, the former Kaizer Chiefs star has opted to remain in Belgium, where he's spent the last five years, joining KAS Eupen on loan for the remainder of the season.
"I got to know the club and the team during the training camp in Doha and this week during training at Eupen and I have a very good impression," he told the club's website.
"I feel comfortable here and I hope to be able to accumulate playing time and support my teammates. The friendly matches against Ajax Amsterdam and PSV Eindhoven were a good start.
"I am a versatile striker who can be aligned in the middle and on both sides. I play where the coach asks, maybe already against Charleroi, because I'm in good shape."
Musona has scored 30 goals and registered 18 assists in 92 games in the Belgian top-flight since his arrival with Oostende in 2015.
