Bordeaux 1-2 Olympique Lyon

Olympique Lyon were back to winning ways with in Ligue 1 following a 2-1 triumph away to Bordeaux on Saturday.

Bordeaux went ahead in the opening 15 minutes through Jimmy Briand. Lyon responded with two quick-fire goals in the second half through Maxwel Cornet and Moussa Dembele.

Metz 1-0 RC Strasbourg

Metz also managed to get back on the winning trail with a 1-0 triump over Strasbourg at the Stade Saint-Symphorien.

The only goal of the game arrived from John Boye inside the 68th minute, as Metz remain above the bottom-three slots with Strasbourg in 11th spot.

Lebogang Mothiba did not feature for Strasbourg.

Amiens SC 1-2 Montpellier

Montpellier grabbed a second successive league win after edging Amiens SC 2-1 at the Stade de la Licorne.

Amiens went ahead inside the first 14 minutes through Bakaye Dibassy, but Gaetan Laborde and Andy Delort led the visitors to victory with quick second half goals.

Bongani Zungu was suspended for the hosts, while Keagan Dolly was not included in Montpellier's matchday squad.

Angers 1-1 OGC Nice

Angers and OGC Nice settled for a 1-1 draw in a bottom-half battle at the Stade Jean-Bouin in Paris, as both sides remain in mid-table.

Goals came in the first half through Sada Thioub on 37 minutes and penalty on the stroke of halftime from Wylan Cyprien.

Toulouse 2-5 Brest

Toulouse threw away a 2-1 lead to go down 5-2 against Brest at the Stadium Municipal in Toulouse.

Brest went ahead early on through Yoann Court, but a double inside the first 20 minutes from Bafode Diakite put the hosts in front.

Gaetan Charbonnier’s second-half double followed by efforts from Hiang’a Mbock and Irvin Cardona gifted the visitors all the points.

Nimes 2-0 Stade Reims

Stade Reims were shocked by second-from-bottom side Nimes, who recorded a 2-0 victory at the Stade des Costieres.

Nimes took the lead on 15 minutes through Renaud Ripart before Yassine Benrahou netted the second in added time, as Reims finished with a man less following the 57th minute dismissal of Alaixys Romao.
