Olympique Lyon’s dismal run of form continued with a dull goalless draw against Dijon FCO in Ligue 1 on Saturday afternoon.

Lyon, who languish in treacherous territory on the table, now remain just a point off the two automatic relegation slots.

Angers 0-1 Brest

Angers lost ground on the pace-setters following a 1-0 loss to new boys Brest at the Stade Jean-Bouin.

Irvin Cardona supplied the winner from the bench in the 67th minute, as Brest jump to eight place four places from twelfth.

Stade Reims 1-0 Montpellier

Stade Reims moved to third spot on the league standings after a 1-0 triumph over Montpellier in Reims.

Defender Yunis Abdelhamid sealed the winner as early as the second minute following an assist from Mathieu Cafaro.

Montpellier as such lose sight of the early front-runners although remain firmly in seventh place currently.

Nimes 1-1 Amiens SC

Nimes failed to return to winning ways after squandering a one-goal lead for a 1-1 draw against Amiens SC at the death.

Pablo Martinez gifted the hosts a comfortable lead four minutes to halftime, but Arturo Calabresi stole a point deep in added time, leaving Nimes a point from safety.

Toulouse 2-1 LOSC Lille

Toulouse continued their winning streak with a 2-1 victory over LOSC Lille at the Stadium Municipal.

Yaya Sanogo broke the deadlock from the bench following the 58th minute, with Max Gradel adding their second from the spot on 66 minutes.

Jose Fonte provided the visitors consolation in time added on, as Lille head to their UEFA Champions League clash with Valencia on the back foot.

Metz 1-0 Nantes

Metz secured their third victory of the campaign after edging ten-man Nantes 1-0 at the Stade Saint- Symphorien.

Habib Diallo netted the winner in the final four minutes to fulltime, as Molla Wague saw red with 62 minutes played.
