Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane was not happy that their LaLiga game with Osasunsa was allowed to go ahead in snowy conditions.
Spain had been hit by a snow over the past few days, which has halted some of the games in Spain.
Atletico Madrid's clash with Athletic Bilbao was postponed but Los Blancos were still forced to travel for their game despite having to wait three hours to take off.
“We did what we could do on the field but it was not a football match,” Zidane said. “The conditions were very difficult.”
“Everything that has happened these two days has been very complicated. We do not know when we can return.”
“Yes, clearly the match against Osasuna should have been postponed.
“That is clear.
“The conditions to play football were not met, which in the end is what everyone wants. As much for us as our opponents.”
The two sides went on to play out a goalless draw on Saturday evening, with Los Blancos missing the chance to leapfrog Atletiico into top spot.
