FC Barcelona reportedly rejected a mammoth €150millon bid from Manchester United for the highly-rated Ansu Fati last season.
Fati enjoyed a breakout campaign with the Catalan giants last season and is now among the world's brightest footballing talents.
Reports in Spain claimed the 18-year-old was targeted a few European clubs, including the Red Devils, who looked to take advantage of Barcelona's financial state.
Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo that the Manchester outfit had submitted a €150millon for the African-born winger, which was rejected immediately.
It is believed the Catalan giants have no interest in cutting ties with Fati, who is currently sidelined due to injury.

Koeman revealed he is unsure when the Spain international will return to action for the Catalan outfit.
“Out of respect for the player, I am not the person to speak about his recovery,” Koeman said, as per the Mirror.
“You have to have respect for him and I am not in favour of rushing things.
“When there is an update, we will communicate it from the club.
“The most important thing is that he recovers calmly. He has a lot of future ahead of him and you have to do things right.”
