With FC Barcelona having been linked with Neymar over the past few months, the LaLiga giants have now reportedly made a decision on the Brazilian superstar.
The Paris Saint-Germain forward was previously reported to have been eager to return to the Camp Nou before the start of the season, but the two clubs were unable to work out a deal.
Rumours of Neymar's possible return have once again resurfaced in recent weeks, but Spanish publication Marca claim that the Catalan giants have decided not to sign the Brazilian.
It is being reported that Barcelona have given up hopes of any deal for the 28-year-old it the next campaign due to financial reasons, and that PSG are convinced Neymar will remain in the French capital instead.

However, former Brazil and Barca star Rivaldo still feels the Blaugrana should make a move for his countryman ahead of Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez, who has also been linked with a move to the Nou Camp.
"Lautaro Martinez's release clause has recently expired, so Internazionale can now ask for more money to sell him and, apparently, they want to extend his contract and keep him at the club. For that reason, I think Barcelona should refocus on signing Neymar this summer," he told Betfair.
"Leonardo might now be interested in negotiating the Brazilian star's move from PSG. I believe Neymar joining Lionel Messi would help Barcelona become again that sensational team that won many titles several years ago.
"Neymar would be the best possible signing for Barcelona as he will cheer up the squad and give a nice alternative to decide matches, allowing Messi to take a rest occasionally."
