Real Madrid confirmed the surprise transfer of Achraf Hakimi to Internazionale last week and it's now been claimed that Zinedine Zidane is to blame for the departure of the highly-rated African star.
Hakimi, 21, looked set to return to Real next season to contest for Dani Carvajal for a spot in the first-team after an incredible loan spell with Borussia Dortmund.
Widely regarded as one of the brightest talents in world football, the decision for Real to sanction the reported €45-million transfer to Inter raised a few eyebrows.
But Hakimi's agent Martin Camano has pointed the finger at Zidane, who notably gave Hakimi his first-team breakthrough during his first stint at the club.

"Zidane is the reason for Hakimi's transfer to Inter Milan. He must explain why Hakimi moved," he told Al Mountakhab, before claiming Inter boss Antonio Conte convinced him to make the switch to Serie A.
"He [Conte] was always in contact with Hakimi. He talked to him about the club’s future project, so we decided to move to Inter.
"I believe that when a high-value coach like Conte calls you and strongly insists on contacting you, this is evidence that he wants you to become an important piece in his project. His team represents him."
With Conte favouring a 3-4-3 system with wing-backs, there is growing optimism that Hakimi will develop considerably under his guidance after an incredible season with nine goals and 10 assists in 45 games with Dortmund.
