Real Betis 2-3 FC Barcelona
FC Barcelona ended a run of three games without a win by defeating Real Betis 3-2 on Sunday night.
The home side surprised the visitors after taking a 2-1 lead in the first half through Sergio Canales and Nabil Fekir after Frenkie de Jong had netted for Barcelona.
Sergio Busquets restored parity for the Catalan giants before Clement Lenglet secured the winning goal on 72 minutes.
Both sides also finished the game with 10 men as Barca had Lenglet sent off while Fekir also received his marching orders as well.
Osasuna 1-4 Real Madrid
Real Madrid cemented top spot in LaLiga for another week after rallying from behind to defeat Osasuna 4-1 on Sunday evening.
The hosts took an early lead through Unai Garcai's 14th minute strike, but Los Blancos were back on level terms on 33 minutes through Isco's close-range strike.
Sergio Ramos nodded home five minutes later to complete the turnaround.
Los Blancos took control in the second half as Lucas Vazquez added a third on 84 minutes before Luka Jovic rounded off the scoring in second-half stoppage time.
Celta Vigo 2-1 Sevilla
Sevilla were denied the chance to move into fourth spot after sufferig a 2-1 defeat at Celta Vigo.
The visitors did get off to a good start after Youssef en Nesyri opened the scoring after 23 minutes.
However, Celta had to wait until the 78th minute for the equaliser, with Iago Aspas firing past Tomas Vaclík before Pione Sisto sealed the win in the first minute of time added on.
Espanyol 1-0 Mallorca
Espanyol boosted their survival hopes with a 1-0 victory over Real Mallorca on Sunday afternoon.
Raul de Tomas got the game's only goal in the 58th minute to move the Catalan outfit to move within six points of safety in 18th spot.
Real Sociedad 2-1 Athletic Bilbao
Real Sociedad kept their European aspirations alive with a 2-1 victory over Athletic Bilbao at the Reale Arena.
Portu put the home side ahead after 65 minutes, but were pegged back six minutes later thanks to Inaki Williams' equaliser.
However, Sociedad secured the spoils on 83 minutes thanks to Alexander Isak's seventh goal of the season.
