FC Barcelona defender Gerard Pique did not mince his words about the issues at the club after their loss to Atletico Madrid.
The Catalan giants slipped to back-to-back defeats this week, with Luis Suarez playing a key role in the 2-0 defeat to Los Rojiblancos on Saturday night.
Ronald Koeman continues to be linked with a departure of the club's poor start to the 2021/2022 season, and Pique admits the the team are suffering right now.
“It is a complicated situation. We’re suffering, I have to be honest about that," Pique told Movistar.
“It is just not one problem, there are several. Despite this, I think we will recover.
“These are difficult times, we have not experienced them before. The atmosphere in the dressing room is very good and we want to turn it around.”
Pique also got into a heated argument with Sergio Busquets after Thomas Lemar scored the opening goal in the first half.
"Lemar stole [possession], Joao Felix received the ball and Ronald [Araujo] just kept going and generated an overload because he left space," he added.
"The two goals were very similar. We will discuss them. We conceded goals nobody likes."
