Barca to sign African star over Neymar?

With Neymar's return to FC Barcelona looking increasingly unlikely, the LaLiga giants have reportedly turned their attention to Wilfried Zaha in a bid to bolster their attack next season.

According to Football Inside, Barca still regard Neymar as their priority signing ahead of the 2020/21 campaign, but are considering alternatives amid fears they will not be able to match Paris Saint-Germain's asking price for the Brazil superstar.

It is claimed the Catalan giants have identified Crystal Palace star Zaha as a possible alternative, with the reports coming just days after Eagles manager Roy Hodgson admitted the Ivory Coast winger could leave.

"Wilf has made it clear, ever since I came to the club really, that he would relish a move and would like to move on and find some pastures new," Hodgson said.

Zaha is also reportedly a target for former club Manchester United, who view him as a secondary option in the event that they are unable to complete a deal for Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho.
