FC Barcelona have confirmed their 10th departure of the season after selling Nelson Semedo to Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
On Wednesday morning, the Catalan giants announced that Semedo had been sold to Wolves for a fee that could rise to €40 million (R790 million).

"FC Barcelona and Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Nélson Semedo. The English club will pay 30 million euros plus 10 more in variables," Barca confirmed via their website.
Semedo made 122 during his three-year stay at the Nou Camp, winning two LaLiga titles, one Copa del Rey crown and the Spanish Super Cup.
The 26-year-old full-back becomes Barcelona's 10th departure of the season, following the likes of Arthur, Ivan Rakitic, Arturo Vidal and Arda Turan out the door, while striker Luis Suarez is expected to follow suit in the coming days.
