LaLiga outfit Atletico Madrid have completed their sixth signing of the transfer window ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.
Diego Simeone's side, who finished as runners-up in Spain's top flight to FC Barcelona last season, have continued to reinforce with the acquisition of Serbian forward Ivan Saponjic from Benfica.

The 21-year-old joins Los Rojiblancos on a three-year deal, and has already commenced training with the club after being granted permission to do so by Benfica, as confirmed by Atleti's official social media accounts.
"Atletico de Madrid and Benfica have reached an agreement over the transfer of Ivan Saponjic. The Serbian has already signed a three-year deal and passed his medical at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra," a statement on Atletico's official website read.
"He has already joined Simeone's squad in Los Angeles de San Rafael with the permission of the Portuguese club."
The towering forward, who found the back of the net on six occasions for Benfica B last season, becomes Atletico's sixth acquisition of the current transfer window, following Marcos Llorente, Hector Herrera, Felipe Monteiro, Joao Felix and Renan Lodi.
