Chelsea and Manchester United could not be separated at Stamford Bridge after playing to a goalless draw on Sunday night.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer started with Mason Greenwood and Daniel James to flank Marcus Rashford in the attack, as Anthony Martial was left on the bench.

The Chelsea winger almost put his side ahead six minutes later after skipping past one challenge before unleashing a volley that sailed inches wide of the upright.

Unfortunately, that proved to be the only clear-cut effort at goal from both sides in a half that overshadowed by the Video Assistant Referee drama.

Thomas Tuchel introduced a change at the start of the second half, with Hudson-Odoi making way for Reece James on the right flank.
