After winning the FIFA World Player of the Year and the sextuple, with the recent Club World Cup triumph, Lewandowski's 24-goal haul in the Bundesliga is eight motes than Ronaldo's tally of 16 in Serie A.

Andre Silva of Eintracht Frankfurt (18) and Mohamed Salah (17) sit between the goal-scoring legends while Luis Suarez is showing FC Barcelona why the should never have released him during the off-season.

On par with Ronaldo with 16 goals, Suarez currently leads the LaLiga charts, while Messi comes in second with 15 strikes to his name after an impressive run of form in February.

The other high-profile names include Romelu Lukaku, who notched up his 300th career goal this weekend, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Manchester United's in-form playmaker Burno Fernandes.
