With the headlines being dominated by Jadon Sancho's move to Manchester United, here are 10 transfers that went under the radar over the weekend, including one involving of one Europe's best strikers. 

On Saturday, RB Leipzig confirmed their signing of Chelsea target Andre Silva for a reported €23 million (R388 million).

The 25-year-old, who was part of Portugal's UEFA European Championship squad, has signed a five-year deal with his new club, and will be looking replicate his form from the previous campaign.

Silva scored 28 goals in 32 Bundesliga matches for Eintracht Frankfurt in the 2020/21 season, with only Robert Lewandowski of Bayern Munich scoring more in Germany's top flight.

Barcelona, meanwhile, have continued their quest to lower their wage bill, with young Portuguese winger Francisco Trincao completing a loan move to Wolverhampton Wanderers, a deal that includes a £25 million (R493 million) option to buy.

The 21-year-old made 42 appearances for the Blaugrana last season, but struggled to reproduce the form he showed in Portugal's Liga NOS for Braga SC in the 2019/20 campaign.  

Jack Harrison, 24, had spent the past three seasons on loan at Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds United from Manchester City, and played a lot of football in the club's bid for promotion to the Premier League, where he has since impressed.  

The England international, who made 128 appearances across all competitions in that three-year span, will now continue his stay at Elland Road after agreeing to join them from the Citizens permanently on Saturday.
