Solskjaer discusses Lukaku's future

English Premier League

Romelu Lukaku missed Manchester United's pre-season victory on Saturday, and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has now commented on the striker's future.
The Red Devils began their pre-season with a 2-0 win over Perth Glory, although the Belgian forward missed the clash due to a slight injury.
Serie A giants Inter Milan have reportedly begun negotiations with United over a proposed loan deal for Lukaku, who previously expressed his desire to play in Italy.
However, Solskjaer has now revealed that the Premier League giants have not received any bids for the 26-year-old.
"Let’s see when the season starts," Solskjaer was quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"We’ve not had any bids that we’re considering. All my conversations with the players I will keep confidential. That’s between us - that's my privilege.
"There’s been so much speculation but yes he should be fit for Wednesday. He trained with the team yesterday but he wasn’t useful today."
