Manchester United have reportedly joined the race to sign Wovlerhampton Wanderers star Adama Traore.
According to Calciomercato, the Red Devils will however face stiff competition for the bulky winger’s services as a host of suitors such as FC Barcelona, Liverpool and Manchester City also target the player.
With the quest to bring Borussia Dortmund and England international Jadon Sancho on board going up in smoke in the summer, United have turned focus to Traore as an alternative.
English publication the Sun claimed Traore is said to have been offered a £100 000-a-week by Wolves but he has yet to commit to the offer.
Italian giants Juventus were also in for the Spanish international according to the reports but have since withdrawn with Wolves placing a 90 million pounds price tag on the winger.
Traore is on currently on a five-year deal at the Molineux following his arrival from Skybet Championship side Middlesbrough in 2018.
As the big guns chase his signature, Traore has yet to neither provide an assist nor get on target in six outings for Nuno Esporito Santo’s side this season.
