Keita contributed eight goals and seven assists in 31 appearances for Ralph Hasenhuttl's side last term as they finished runners-up to reigning champions Bayern Munich.
But with the Saxony outfit preparing for their first-ever outing in the 2017/18 Champions League, they are determined to keep hold of their star players - no matter how much money is thrown at them.
"We will definitely not be letting any key players go," Leipzig sporting director Ralf Rangnick declared on Thursday at a press conference. "There's nothing that will make us budge.
"It's totally normal for clubs to be interested in our players, but that doesn't affect our stance on the matter."
